My vision and imagination enables me to develop innovative, creative ideas whilst my project management skills provide me with the strategies and solutions to bring those ideas to life. As a multipotentialite I have developed the ability to learn quickly and master new skills to a high level. This is because my curiosity mindset and vast life experience has provided me with a large pool of capabilities which I can draw on, adapt and combine with new knowledge to achieve outstanding results. I am grateful for all the leadership opportunities I put my hand up for and volunteered to carryout throughout my life; as a child, young women and women. These experiential learning roles contributed to my potential of being a successful leader throughout my career. It is my achiever mindset that drives me to perform at my best and create outstanding work. The bonus is that every success for me is also a success for those I work with, the clients I serve, my audience and customers as well as the students I stand in front of. I like to encourage a collaborative, creative and reflective approach to teamwork combined with a focus on the unique talents and skills individuals can bring to a project. My goal is always for everyone to be able to perform at their best, enjoy the experience so that we can all learn and grow during the process. I myself continue to learn and grow as a leader; a leader of my own life, teams, projects, classrooms, theatrical settings and network.
